We packed a lot of activities in Labor Day Weekend. Jordy, Kennedy, & Mommy came up while the Nelson kids were here for a visit.
Joshua is the main instigator to make Spritz Cookies. They are soooo good! Betcha you can't eat just one!
Tyler tried to avoid having his picture taken.
Kayla loves to become the official babysitter.
You'll be impressed with all the Home Projects that were kicked out in one day! A replacement toilet seat.....
Fixing the light over the kitchen sink and oh, how Richard was dreading working on this project!
GOT IT!!
Filling in the drywall where our "hired professional" drywaller cut every single light switch too large. Grrrrrr.......
Putting up a new porch light.
And a doorbell button.
Taping off and painting the interior of the front door and trim.
We have NEVER had a Ford Bronco in the shop until the very day that all you heard on the radio was the anniversary of the OJ Simpson "speed" chase!
Last weekend we went to the Fall Festival at God's Mountain. The kids love to play this game called, "Ga-Ga."
The boys were trying to teach Bryan the game!
Last fall baseball game of the year. Joshua on the mound.
Serious stuff
So during the game, we kept taking pictures of the eclipse that was going on. Figured I had better take pictures since it won't happen again for 18 years.
Kennedy was running a fever, so the next day she couldn't go to daycare. It's a day at Grandma's.
Jordy played ALL afternoon with these four little trucks dirt and rocks. He was needing a bath when he headed home.
She's learned early to drive with one knee propped up against the car door!
"Kennedy, hold my hand!"
This is what 177+ Sparks look like on "Bring a Friend/Popcorn Night."
Huge, exciting night.
